Event Registration and Calendar

Whether registration for your events is free, or you're charging money, you can set them up with oClubhouse. Included also is an Event Calendar, and reporting. Make members RSVP to better plan your events. Prices can be set up to confirm membership!

Membership Registration & Payment

New members will be able to register, join, and PAY with a credit card via your website, get a custom welcome email and we'll provide you with reporting features to track it. Members can even control their own profiles, which can be listed on the website. Even cooler when their membership is expiring we will send them custom emails to get them to renew, but if they do not renew they will automatically be removed from your membership list.

Membership Based Content Areas

Control what parts of your site are available only to your club members, and which are available to the general public via a secure login.

Member Profiles

Your members can have profile pages that they're able to control. You can have simple or in-depth information.

Member Profile Searching

Members and Surfers (your choice) will be able to search through the profiles of other members for information and contacts with customized fields and searches, including attachments (think resumes, brochures, etc.).

Board and Director Profiles

Board and Director profiles with pictures and customized fields (easily maintainable by association staff).
